Voters rejected the 75-year marina lease deal by a margin of 53% to 47%
The future of Miami, Florida’s Rickenbacker Marina and Marine Stadium are no clearer today than in 2016, as voters rejected a referendum that would have granted a no-bid, 75-year lease to the current marina operator, Biscayne Marine Partners.
